Sync with your Moon Cycle
Lunar & Menstrual Cycle Guide · Week 10 · Integration 🌙
Before you choose from this week's menu, take a moment to locate yourself in your cycle. We aim to work with your body's intelligence rather than against it.
Find your phase below and let it inspire your choices this week. Remember these are just suggestions - use it and filter through your inner guidance.

🌑 Menstruation: Days 1–5 The Winter. The New Moon within.
Integration and menstruation are perhaps the most naturally aligned pairing of this entire program. The bleeding body is already doing what integration asks - releasing what is complete, drawing inward, returning to source. This is the phase of natural completion, of the body closing its own loop, of the cycle ending exactly as it began. To be in menstruation during Integration week is a gift. You do not need to manufacture the closing energy. Your body is already living it.
This phase and the Integration menu:
➕ Add: a closing ceremony of your own design is most potently performed during menstruation. The bleeding body is already in ceremony - already in the liminal space between one cycle and the next, one version of yourself and what is becoming. Whatever ritual you choose this week, let it honor both the ending and the beginning that endings make possible.
➖ Remove: the temporary self - the effortful, performing, trying-to-do-it-correctly version - dissolves most naturally during menstruation, because this phase strips performance away on its own. What remains in the quiet of bleeding days is closer to what you actually are than almost anything else you will encounter. Receive it without trying to improve it.
🌀 Deepen: writing a letter to the woman who arrived at week one is most honest when written during menstruation. The veil between versions of yourself is thin during this phase. The woman at week one and the woman at week ten are both present in the bleeding quiet. Let them meet on the page.
Journaling prompt for this phase: In the silence of this phase, at the end of these ten weeks, what does my body know that my mind is still catching up to?
General recommendations: Let menstruation do the integration work for you this week. The body is completing. The cycle is closing. Your job is to be still enough to feel that completion rather than to rush past it into the next beginning. Rest. Receive. Let what has changed settle into your cells rather than only into your notebook. The most lasting integration happens below the level of thought.
🌒 Follicular: Days 6–13The Spring. The Waxing Moon within.
Follicular arriving during Integration week carries a particular quality of possibility that no other phase can offer. This is the natural energy of new beginning layered on top of genuine completion - the rarest and most generative combination a cycle can produce. You are not beginning from where you started ten weeks ago. You are beginning from where ten weeks of honest experimentation have brought you. That is a different place. The beginning available to you now is built on something real.
This phase and the Integration menu:
➕ Add: designing your ongoing personal practice is best done in follicular. The mental clarity of this phase makes it possible to be both honest and specific - to choose practices that are actually sustainable rather than aspirationally ambitious, and to write them down with enough structure that they survive the return to ordinary life. Make it small enough to be real. Make it yours.
➖ Remove: the belief that the container was responsible for the change is most worth releasing in follicular, because this phase's energy is initiating and self-directed. You are about to begin something without the external structure of The Experiment. This is the moment to claim the authorship of your own change fully, before the new beginning requires you to act from it.
🌀 Deepen: creating your own personal experiment for the next season suits follicular's planning clarity and genuine forward energy. Use this phase to design the next chapter specifically - which territories, which practices, which vision threads you are following. Let it be concrete. Let it be initiated now, in follicular, when the energy to begin is most available and most real.
Journaling prompt for this phase: What am I most ready to begin - from a new and more honest foundation - now that these ten weeks have completed?
General recommendations: Begin the next chapter in follicular. Not by adding more content or more practices but by taking ownership of what you now know about yourself and making one clear, committed decision about how you will live differently going forward. One decision, made in follicular clarity, tends to hold. Make it this week.
🌕 Ovulation — Days 14–16
The Summer. The Full Moon within.
Integration during ovulation wants to be shared, witnessed, and offered. The full-bodied, outward, connective energy of this phase naturally orients toward bringing what has been internal into relationship - toward letting others know what has changed, what has been released, what is being chosen. There is something that integration cannot fully become until it has been witnessed. Ovulation is the phase most willing and most able to do that witnessing and to receive it.
This phase and the Integration menu:
➕ Add: sharing one genuine shift with the group is most naturally done during ovulation. The vulnerability of offering something real about your experience to others is most manageable during this phase.
➖ Remove: the comparison with where you think you should be dissolves most naturally during ovulation, because this phase's natural fullness makes the gap between where you are and where you imagined you should be feel less significant. You are full right now. Let that fullness be enough. Let your actual experience of these ten weeks be enough.
🌀 Deepen: establishing one ongoing accountability structure suits ovulation's relational, connective energy. If that structure involves another person - a check-in partner from the group, a monthly conversation with a guide, a shared practice with a friend - initiate it during ovulation. The connection that begins here tends to hold.
Journaling prompt for this phase: What do I most want to offer from these ten weeks - to the group, to the people in my life, and to the version of myself who comes next?
General recommendations: Complete and share during ovulation. The integration that becomes an offering - to the group, to a relationship, to your creative work, to the world - is integration that sticks. What you give from genuine fullness tends to stay given. This week, let what these ten weeks have opened in you move outward in at least one real direction.
🌘 Luteal — Days 17–28
The Autumn. The Waning Moon within.
Integration and late luteal have the most honest, most uncompromising relationship of this entire program. This phase will not allow you to pretend. It will not allow a polished summary or a tidy conclusion. Late luteal looks at everything that has happened across these ten weeks and asks: what is actually true? What actually changed? What is still unresolved? What are you still carrying? These are not comfortable questions. They are the right questions. And the answers that arrive during late luteal - stripped of performance, stripped of what you wish were true, stripped of everything except what actually is - these are some of the most reliable information your cycle produces.
This phase and the Integration menu:
➕ Add: a full life review across all ten territories - one honest hour moving through each one and writing where you actually stand - is most truthfully done during late luteal. It will show you clearly what has genuinely shifted and what has not yet moved. Both are information. Both are useful. Write them both.
➖ Remove: one habit that has definitively not served you - named clearly, with a specific decision about what changes - is most honestly identified during late luteal. This phase cuts through the ambivalence that other phases allow. It knows it is not serving. Use that clarity to make an actual decision rather than another intention.
🌀 Deepen: a personal ritual for the transition points of your year is most meaningfully designed during late luteal, because this phase already understands thresholds intimately. Every late luteal is itself a threshold - between one cycle and the next, between one version of yourself and what is becoming. Let that intimate knowledge of threshold inform the rituals you design for marking the thresholds of your year.
Journaling prompt for this phase: When I am most honest with myself, at the end of these ten weeks, what is the one thing that has most genuinely changed? And what is the one thing I most need to stop pretending has changed when it hasn't yet?
General recommendations: Let late luteal give you the honest integration rather than the satisfying one. The summary that feels complete and tidy is usually partly performed. The one that feels incomplete, slightly uncomfortable, and still alive with unresolved questions - that one is usually closer to the truth. Trust it. Carry the unresolved parts forward not as failures but as the living edge of your continuing experiment. The work does not end at week ten. It simply becomes yours to continue without the container. That is not a loss. It is exactly what the whole ten weeks was building toward.
