The Experiment

The 10 Territories of The Experiment 🌿

Over the next 10 weeks we will move through 10 areas of life - one at a time, with full attention and intention.

Think of each as a territory we enter together. We are here to explore, to see it clearly, feel it fully, and experiment with what shifts when we bring conscious awareness to it.

Week 1 — Body
Week 2 — Mind
Week 3 — Spirit
Week 4 — Time
Week 5 — Stillness
Week 6 — Creativity
Week 7 — Relationship
Week 8 — Nature
Week 9 — Vision
Week 10 — Integration

Each week builds on the last. By week 10 you will have touched every layer of your life - intentionally, experimentally, with awareness you didn't have before.

Week 10 - Integration 🌀

Welcome to your tenth and final open buffet.

This week our territory is Integration - and it is different from every week that came before it.

In the previous nine weeks you were asked to explore, to experiment, to add, to remove, to deepen. Each week brought a new territory and a new set of practices. Some landed immediately. Some took time. Some surprised you. Some confirmed what you already suspected. Some opened things you had not expected to find.

Integration does not add more. Integration asks you to stop and ask: what has actually changed? Not what should have changed, not what you hoped would change, not what you think would sound good to say in the group. What has actually, genuinely, in your lived experience, shifted over these ten weeks?

This is the most important question of the entire program. Because change that is not consciously integrated tends to quietly dissolve. The insight that is not brought from the retreat space into the ordinary Tuesday. The practice that runs beautifully for ten weeks and then disappears when the container closes. The vision that was clear in week nine and becomes abstract again by week eleven when the calendar goes back to normal. Integration is what prevents all of this. It is the bridge between the person you were at the beginning of The Experiment and the person you are choosing to become after it.

This week is not a conclusion. It is a beginning - of living the Experiment as a permanent orientation rather than a ten-week program.

Below is your menu. Choose one from each category, something that genuinely calls to you, let your instinct lead.

Trust your first instinct.

➕ ADD: choose one integration practice to bring in this week

  • A daily ten territories check-in - each morning this week, spend five minutes moving through all ten territories in your mind: body, mind, spirit, time, stillness, creativity, relationship, nature, vision, integration. GO through it like a scan but don’t do it on an autopilot, but actually be present with each. Where do you feel alive and aligned right now? Where do you feel called to more attention? This practice, done daily, becomes one of the most powerful self-awareness tools you can carry forward.

Design your ongoing personal practice - not for this week but for what comes after. Choose the two or three specific practices from across all ten weeks that felt most genuinely transformative for you personally - not the ones you think you should keep, the ones that actually changed something. Write them down as a specific, committed, ongoing practice with days, times, and durations. Make it small enough to be real. Make it yours.

Write a letter to the woman who arrived at week one - from the woman who is completing week ten. What do you want her to know? What are you grateful she was willing to begin? What would you tell her about what this experiment actually turned out to be? This is a genuine communication between two versions of yourself across ten weeks. Let it be honest and let it be warm. Feel free to share in the group chat if you feel like it.

A closing ceremony for the ten weeks - design and perform your own ritual to mark the completion of The Experiment. It can be simple: lighting a candle, writing intentions and burning them, a bath with intention, a walk that begins at one symbolic point and ends at another, a meal cooked and eaten with full presence. Let the ceremony be specific to you. Let it mark this completion as real.

Share one genuine shift with the group - not a summary of the ten weeks, not a list of what you learned. One specific, concrete thing that is actually different in your lived experience because of these ten weeks. One thing you now do, or no longer do, or see differently, or feel differently about. Offer it to the group as a real thing, not a performance of having done well.

Your own choice - any practice that helps you consciously carry what these ten weeks have opened into the life that follows.

➖ REMOVE: choose one thing to consciously release as you close this chapter

  • The temporary self - the version of you that was trying, performing, managing impressions, or proving something during these ten weeks. The Experiment was never about becoming someone better. It was about becoming more honestly yourself. As you close this container, release the effortfulness. What remains when you stop trying to do this correctly is the part of you that was always already what you were looking for.

One habit that has definitively not served you - that you identified somewhere in these ten weeks and have perhaps been dancing around releasing. Name it clearly but without any judgment. And make a specific, concrete decision about it - not a vague intention to do better but an actual choice with an actual structure. What specifically will you do differently? When? What will you put in place of it?

The comparison with where you think you should be - the gap between your actual experience of these ten weeks and the imagined version in which everything shifted dramatically and permanently and you arrived at week ten as a fundamentally transformed person. Transformation is rarely that clean. It is usually subtler, stranger, and more interesting than the imagined version. Release the imagined version and receive the actual one.

The belief that the container was responsible for the change - the idea that it was The Experiment, or this group, or these particular practices that created what shifted in you. The container only made space. The practices only gave direction. You did the actual work. Release the dependence on the container and claim the authorship of your own change.

Any resentment, disappointment, or unexpressed feeling about these ten weeks - toward yourself, toward the program, toward the group, toward the practices. If something did not land, if something felt missed, if something frustrated you - name it, at least to yourself, and release it before you carry it forward. The ending of a genuine container deserves honesty more than politeness. I will send a follow up feedback form for your honest reflections so

Your own choice - any belief, habit, or story that you know, having done this work, is no longer true for you.

🌀 DEEPEN: choose one to commit to for the full week and beyond

  • Create your own personal experiment for the next season - using what you have learned about yourself across these ten weeks, design your own next chapter of intentional living. Which territories need more attention? What practices want to deepen? What vision wants to be moved toward? Write it out as a specific, season-long commitment. Not ten territories this time - yours will be three or four, chosen from direct experience of where you most need and most want to grow. This is your ongoing Experiment, authored entirely by you.

A full life review across all ten territories - one dedicated hour, journal in hand, moving through each of the ten territories and writing honestly about where you stand in each one right now compared to where you stood ten weeks ago. Where you actually are. What is better, what is worse, what is clearer, what is more complex. This document becomes one of the most honest self-portraits you have ever made.

Establish one ongoing accountability structure - a monthly solo review date, a check-in partner from this group, a regular session with a guide, a journaling practice with a specific structure. Something that prevents the gradual dissolution that happens when the external container closes and life reasserts its familiar gravity. The structure does not need to be elaborate but it needs to be real and it needs to be regular.

Explore what this ten-week arc wants to become in your life going forward - not as a program you repeat but as a living orientation. Is there one territory that wants to become a sustained practice or study for the next year? Is there one vision that wants to become an actual project? Is there one relationship that wants sustained conscious attention? Choose one thread from these ten weeks and commit to following it seriously for the next three months minimum. Not everything, one thing. Follow it.

Design a personal ritual for the transition points of your year - new moon, full moon, solstice, equinox, your birthday, the new year of whatever calendar you follow. Using what you now know about your own rhythms, your own practices, and your own relationship with cyclical time, create a simple personal liturgy for these thresholds. You do not need anyone to give you this structure. You now know enough to build it yourself.

Your own choice. And the question for this final week, and for every week that follows: not "am I doing this correctly" but "am I living honestly?" - and don’t forget to stay open, playful and curious! ;)

A note before you choose 🌿

This is the last menu. But it is not the last week of the work - it is the first week of living it without the scaffolding.

What you have built in these ten weeks belongs to you. Not to this program, not to this group, not to this particular ten-week container. Take it with you.

I am deeply grateful for what each of you brought to this space. The honesty, the willingness, the showing up even in the weeks that were heavy. It has been a privilege to hold this container with you. We will have a final call on August 23rd.

The group will remain open till the end of August, for one extra week, for integration sharing, questions, and completion. Use it. All the pages from previous weeks also will remain available till the end of August if you want to copy the content. They are set in the same format, you just change the number of the week to the very end.

With love and full presence,

Yana
